By installing, accessing or using the PRLog application (hereinafter “the Application”), the user acknowledges having read, understood and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Application.
PRLog is a development by Worklab Argentina SRL (hereinafter “the Developer”). All intellectual property rights, source code, design and graphic elements belong to the Developer.
PRLog is a personal-use application designed to record, view and manage data related to routines, exercises and physical progress. Its use is strictly informational and recreational. It does not constitute professional, medical, sports or nutritional advice.
All information entered by the user is stored only on the local device. The Developer has no access to, copy or backup of the data. Therefore, Worklab Argentina SRL assumes no responsibility for loss, corruption or deletion of data, whether due to technical failures, uninstallation, updates, device changes, user error or any other cause. It is the user’s sole responsibility to create backups if future versions of the Application allow it.
The use of the Application is at the user’s own risk. Neither the Developer nor its collaborators shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruption, device malfunction, damages arising from the use of recorded information, or inability to access the Application. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.
The Application is distributed “as is”, without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or updating of results, nor that the Application will meet the user’s expectations.
The user agrees to use the Application lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable laws. Any use involving reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, commercial exploitation, code manipulation or use for purposes other than those intended is strictly prohibited.
Worklab Argentina SRL reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Application or these terms, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the user accepts the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

The PRLog application, developed by Worklab Argentina SRL, respects users’ privacy and does not collect, store or transmit personal or audio data to external servers. The permission “android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO” is included solely due to a technical dependency of the Expo Audio library, used for sound playback and control within the Application. PRLog does not use the device microphone or perform any audio recording. Users may revoke microphone access permission from Android settings without affecting the Application’s functionality. Worklab Argentina SRL does not share information with third parties or process any audio data under any circumstances.
